The Principal of Greyson Legal is Raymond Duffy.
Ray has background in information technology (IT), having worked as a technician with Apple computers, IBM computers and Compaq computers in the 1980s.
After working for a decade in the computer industry, Ray commenced university studies in the early 1990s, graduating with degrees in Commerce and Law.
Ray has previously worked as a legal officer within the chief tax counsel section, taxation compliance and as prosecutor for the Australian Taxation Office.
He has also held senior legal positions with legal firms based in Brisbane, including heading up the Franchise and Business law practice area for one of these firms.
Ray now counsels and represents a number of companies within the franchising sector, with franchised or licensed outlets across Australia and internationally.
